What is HDPE?

High-density polyethylene is a durable, lightweight thermoplastic made from petroleum and is known for its high strength-to-density ratio. One of HDPE’s key advantages is its ability to remain chemically inert when exposed to many acids, alkalis and other corrosive substances.
